“Yo Me Alegré” – Music: Jeremias Leiva

Jessica Figueroa, Lissette Gonzalez and Alfredo Carmona

Yo me alegré con los que me decían
A la casa de Jehová iremos
I was glad when I heard voices calling
Let us go unto the House of the Lord

Chorus
Con alabanza y con danza
Con el pandero y el arpa
Yo alabaré, yo alabaré
Yo alabaré a Jehová
With praises and with dancing
With tambourines and strings
I will praise Your Name, I will praise Your Name
I will praise Your Name my Lord my God

Mejor es un día en la casa De Dios
Que mil fuera de ella
One day is better-in the house of the Lord
Than thousands of them elsewhere

Chorus 2
Yo iré, Yo iré
A la casa del Señor yo iré
I will go, I will go
I will go unto the house of the Lord

Opening Prayer

Cesar Miyares

Lord, knowing that you recognize us, although we are small creatures in the immensity of your universe, knowing that we are not ignored fills us with joy, security and hope. In this world of innumerable noises and confusion of voices, pronouncing your name, invoking you and knowing that in the midst of chaos you hear us, gives us peace and joy.
We know that you incline your loving ear to those who invoke you from their human situation, from their joys and their sorrows, from their satisfactions and their needs, alone or accompanied, healthy or sick. We know, Lord, that you call us by name, understand us and favor us with your wonderful attention and care.
We invoke you, Lord, grateful, knowing that you are already present, because you are never absent from our human reality. We open our souls to you as the thirsty land opens to refreshing rain. Respond to our words, Lord, with the inspiration of your pleasant and uplifting presence. We ask that in this meeting of adoration and worship we may grow, deepen our relationship with you, and better prepare ourselves to live as your people in the midst of this world, to be a reverent and obedient people to your Word. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.

Opening Song

“No Hay Lugar Más Alto” Music: Josue Morales | Luis Morales Jr.

Jessica Figueroa, Lissette Gonzalez and Alfredo Carmona

Verse 1
A tus pies arde mi corazón
A tus pies entrego lo que soy
Ese lugar de mi seguridad
Donde nadie me puede señalar
At Your feet my heart burns
At your feet I surrender all I am
The place where I am secure
Where no one can condemn me
Pre-Chorus
Me perdonaste, me acercaste a tu presencia
Me levantaste, hoy me postro a adorarte
You forgave me and brought me into Your presence
You lifted me and today I worship You
Chorus
No hay lugar más alto, más grande
Que estar a tus pies, que estar a tus pies
There’s no higher or greater place
Then to be at your feet, then to be at your feet
Bridge
Y aquí permaneceré, postrado a tus pies
Y aquí permaneceré a los pies de Cristo
And here I will stay, at your feet
And Here I will stay, at the feet of Jesus

Scripture Reading – Luke 10:38-42

Natalie Palacio

38 Now as they went on their way, he entered a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed him.[a] 39 She had a sister named Mary, who sat at Jesus’s[b] feet and listened to what he was saying. 40 But Martha was distracted by her many tasks, so she came to him and asked, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her, then, to help me.” 41 But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things, 42 but few things are needed—indeed only one.[c] Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her.”

“This is How I Thank The Lord”

Jessica Figueroa, Lissette Gonzalez, Alfredo Carmona

Verse 1
I don’t have enough words
I’ll never live enough lifetimes
To fully know Your worth
To know all that You deserve
Faltan las palabras
Esta vida no alcanza
Para entender
Lo que has de merecer
Verse 2
All of my deceptions
All of my duplicity
Now there is no record
You assume the best of me
Todos mis fracasos
Lo que quise ocultar
Todo lo has borrado
Asumes lo mejor de mi
Chorus 1
This is why I thank the Lord for saving me
When I was weak so I will sing
This is why I thank the Lord for everything
This is why I thank the Lord
Quiero agradecerte Dios, mi Salvador
Mi protector, te canto hoy
Quiero agradecerte hoy por todo Dios
Quiero agradecerte Dios
Verse 3
All of my affection
Everything I have to give
The sum of my attention
Is measured in the praise I lift
Todo mi afecto
Todo lo que tengo, doy
La suma de mi asombro
Se mide en mi adoración
Chorus 2
This is how I thank the Lord for saving me
When I was weak so I will sing
This is how I thank the Lord for everything
This is how I thank the Lord
Quiero agradecerte Dios, mi Salvador
Mi protector, te canto hoy
Quiero agradecerte hoy por todo Dios
Quiero agradecerte Dios

This is how I thank the Lord for loving me
And keeping me so I will sing

“Sanctuary” – John W. Thompson | Randy Scruggs

Jessica Figueroa, Lissette Gonzalez and Alfredo Carmona

Verse 1
Lord prepare me
To be a sanctuary
Pure and holy
Tried and true
With thanksgiving
I’ll be a living
Sanctuary for You
Haz de mí, Dios,
Un santuario vivo
Puro y santo
Fiel a ti
Dando gracias,
Seré por siempre
Tu santuario, hasta el fin
