MEDITATE:

“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:3-4

PRAY:

Holy God, we ask for your wisdom. We pray for servant leaders, leaders with discerning hearts and bold faith. May you raise leaders among us who can ease misunderstandings, uncover illusions, and heal delusions. Help our leaders to accept and admit failure. Choose for us leaders after your own heart, who have the boldness to choose what benefits everyone and who take a firm stand on things that matter to you. Amen!
