Pray

Lord,
In the middle of confusion and unrest, we turn to You for peace.
Calm our anxious hearts and strengthen our faith.
Heal the divisions among us, and teach us to walk with compassion and patience.
to those who are suffering, lonely, or afraid bless them with Your comfort and presence.
Help us to be instruments of Your love and hope wherever we are.
Amen.

Meditate

The times we live in feel heavy. News of conflict, disasters, and uncertainty can leave us restless and afraid. Yet, even in the midst of all this, there are signs of hope, kindness among neighbors, resilience in communities, and courage in those who keep showing up for one another. These moments remind us that God is still at work, calling us to be people of light in a weary world.
