Every Wednesday we invite you to Pause & Pray with us. Today’s reflection is written/curated by Marcel Okito.

Pray:

Everlasting God, You are faithful every season. You are loyal every day, that is why we thank You for another day to enjoy the gift of life that You blessed us with. Thank you because you knew us before we were born. We humbly ask that you forgive us for the mistakes that we have made in our lives. We know that we are not perfect, but we believe in your mercy and grace. Help us to be better persons in your sight. As the sun rises, may your hope rise up in us. Please, God, look all over us wherever we may be today. We pray that every lie that the enemy has ever spoken on our lives falls void in the name of Jesus Christ. Be by our sides in everything that we do. To you God, we give all praise, honor, and glory. Amen.

Meditate:

Be always thankful for God’s grace and mercy without limits.
We are now God’s people, God’s beloved, children of the living God.
As the sun rises this week, may we receive the light that brings hope in our lives.
