Every Wednesday we invite you to Pause & Pray with us. Today’s Pause & Pray is written/curated by Cody Beckett.

PRAY:

Creator God,
Your presence lives within us, surrounding us with endless and unconditional love.
Your Spirit breathes hope and life into us each day, revitalizing us for the work and day ahead.
Just as the seasons change, so does our life, O Holy One.
Help us to transition into this season by grounding us in faith and love, providing sustenance for the road ahead.
Remind us that, while the road ahead may seem daunting and grueling, you will never leave us alone, even when it feels like things are falling down just as the leaves fall.
Be with us and remind us of your presence this day and all those to come.
Show us your loving mercy and ground us in hope, and let hope overflow in our lives, so much so that it fills other people.
Leave us breathless with the wonder and power of your love.
Grant us this, we pray,
Amen.
