Akan Proverb: “Onipa yɛ dɛ.”
Translation: “The human being is sweet.” No one lives in isolation.
Ewe Proverb: “Ne abɔbɔ yi nu gbe la, klo gbɔ wo dze na.”
Translation: “Literally, when the snail travels abroad, it finds shelter with the tortoise.” Used to encourage harmonious living.
